Dr. Cook and the team were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable as a new patient. Their office is a little tucked away in a shared building, so be sure to allot a little extra time to find it when visiting the first time. The office is fairly small and pretty unassuming, but it lends itself to a family-friendly atmosphere. My first check-up, they walked me through each step - no surprises. Overall a great experience!

Great dental practice! They were one of the few in the area that took my dental insurance and they were closest to my home so that’s why I chose them and I’m glad I did! Hands down the very best, professional and kind. Iv been terrified of dentist my whole life and a buddy told me about this place and how kind and good they are, of course I'm like yeah right all dentist are evil, so I go and let me tell you I was stunned on how gentle and very kind they were. Iv come here every month for the past 6 months getting every tooth pulled and getting implants put in. No pain very quick and the work he does is awesome. Every dentist should take there job serious for the people. My whole family goes here. 4year old 14 ear old 38 and 33. Thanks for being a awesome dentist for our family.

Dr Jay Cook and his team are the best! I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist and it makes it very hard for me to make it through an appointment. Everyone here is very understanding and treat me great. They give me breaks when I need them or medication if necessary for the bigger under-goings! I'm very pleased with all my experiences with them. They make going to the dentist a little better and that's HUGE for me.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Cook for about 3 years now and we absolutely love it! The staff is always very friendly, and we never have to wait long in the waiting room. Dr. Cook always explains what he sees in the X-rays and what are the concerned areas and what I love the most is that Dr. cook always has a smile! 100% would recommend this place to anyone!

Thanks to Dr. Cook & his staff, I had another great dental experience! They always have my best interest at heart, be it a request for pain relief, a procedural explanation, or financial assistance! On those rare occasions that I have to wait a bit, I know I can always get a warm blanket & the T.V. muted so I can read in comfort! The entire staff is extra considerate of our adult daughter with Down's Syndrome, too, knowing she may have some anxiety or be slow to answer questions. I highly recommend Family First Dental!
